Queens, NY – Injuries Follow Vehicle Collision at Greenpoint Ave & 46th St
Queens, NY (August 28, 2023) – At least one person was injured in an accident reported to police in Queens. The wreck occurred shortly before 12:30 a.m. on August 28.
The exact circumstances of the accident remain unclear at this time, however, several responders were seen rendering aid at the crash site a short time after it occurred. Sources say the incident took place on Greenpoint Avenue near 46th Street.
A 911 caller reported the wreck to authorities, who promptly responded to the scene. People who sustained injuries were treated and transported to the hospital as necessary.
Currently, police are still working to determine the reason the collision occurred.
