Queens, NY - One Injured in Wreck with Police Car at 209th St & 35th Ave

Queens, NY (December 6, 2023) - One person was hurt when they were involved in a traffic accident in the Bayside area of Queens on December 5. At approximately 5:11 p.m., emergency responders went to the scene of a crash on 209th Street and 35th Avenue. An Uber vehicle flipped over at an intersection and injured the driver. Sources say the crash happened as a result of a collision with a police car. The Uber driver suffered an injury to their left shoulder and received assistance from EMS at the scene. They were then taken to the hospital for further care.
