Car Accidents in Rochester
Each car crash is different and occurs under its own unique set of circumstances. It is remarkably difficult to determine the exact dollar amount of damages and losses a victim will be able to recover. For the most part, car crash victims are likely to obtain compensatory damages.
These damages encompass monetary losses and non-monetary losses. Monetary losses compensate victims for obvious, documented financial losses, meaning losses that have a dollar figure already attached to them that is easily verifiable, like a hospital bill or lost wages.
Non-monetary losses are a bit more difficult to ascertain because they are designed to repay victims for immaterial losses, like loss of consortium, they have experienced because of the accident.
