Rochester, NY – Woman Seriously Injured in Dog Attack on Thorn StNY/NJ Legal News
Rochester, NY (February 14, 2020) – On February 11, just after 5 p.m., 20-year-old Tracy Van Houte was viciously attacked by multiple dogs. The woman was standing on the front porch of her friend’s home when several dogs attacked her and began biting across her entire body.
Bystanders rushed to the scene and attempted to free Van Houte from the dogs’ grips. The woman was placed into a truck and rushed to an area hospital for treatment.
At this time, police are investigating.
