Negligent driving is the main cause of the majority of auto collisions that happen throughout the nation, causing over 90% of reported crashes.
Driver distraction, intoxication, and speeding are the three main types of driver negligence causing the majority of auto collisions in New Jersey. Despite the type of negligence that causes an accident, this type of behavior is always dangerous and can even be deadly for everyone involved.
As our country’s population continues to rise, so do the number of angry, inexperienced, inattentive, and reckless drivers on our roadways. Busy roadways are just one of the many factors contributing to the number of auto accidents that occur in the US.
When two or more vehicles become involved in an accident, often, multiple people often end up with severe injuries that can be debilitating and even fatal. Additionally, property damage and other losses often result from severe auto accidents. If you or someone you love has recently been injured in a serious collision, you should be able to figure out how it occurred. If you think it was caused by the actions of a negligent driver, you should contact an attorney who can help you recover.
