South Brunswick, NJ (December 17, 2019) – A driver fled the scene of a fatal accident on Friday, December 13th.
The victim of the accident has been identified as Ron VonThun, the founder of a successful local farm.
Local police are actively seeking the driver that left the scene after hitting the 49-year-old businessman as he rode his bicycle along Route 522.
VonThun was transported to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital where he later died from his injuries.
VonThun was an active member of the collective associated with VonThun’s Country Farm Market on Ridge Road in Monmouth Junction.
