Fatal Car Accidents in New Jersey
Fatal crashes in the state of New Jersey take the lives of hundreds of people each year. Unfortunately, any type of collision has the potential to cause serious harm to others involved. When multiple vehicles collide, those involved in the accident are more likely to suffer more significant injuries.
There are several reasons why accidents involving multiple vehicles tend to be more devastating. To begin, the impact of the collision is usually much greater when there are several vehicles involved. This is due to the fact that any particular vehicle can be struck multiple times by others, resulting in a more severe impact.
Additionally, these accidents often involve much higher speeds than other vehicle accidents. One or more vehicles involved in the crash may be traveling at a high rate of speed during the impact. This can increase the severity of injuries that are suffered.
Finally, if a larger vehicle, such as a truck, bus, or SUV, is involved, there is an even greater chance of suffering severe injuries in an accident.
