Chain-Reaction Accidents in New Jersey
Although rear-end collisions are thought of as trivial, many of them cause critical injuries to the occupants of the struck vehicle. These accidents often result in serious neck and back injuries which can be debilitating and adversely impact victims for the rest of their lives.
Accidents involving three or more vehicles can also originate from a single rear-end accident. These accidents, also termed pile-up or chain-reaction accidents, typically occur when the second vehicle crashes into the back of the first, triggering a domino effect of consecutive rear-end collisions.
An experienced rear-end collision attorney will explore various defenses that might apply to your case by studying the facts of the crash, interviewing witnesses, and shrewdly and skillfully interrogating the defendant during their deposition.
Rear-end accidents are one of the most common kinds of car accidents throughout the state. If you have been injured in a chain-reaction accident, an experienced rear-end accident lawyer in New Jersey can help you get the financial compensation you are entitled to.
