Springfield, NJ – I-295 Scene of Injury Accident near Burlington-Mount Holly Rd

Springfield, NJ (April 6, 2023) – An accident on an interstate in Springfield ended in injuries and traffic delays on Thursday morning, April 6. At approximately 5:43 a.m., the incident happened on Interstate 295 North. 

Reports show the crash occurred on I-29 5 North near exit 47/CR-541/Burlington-Mount Holly Road. Information from the New Jersey Department of Transportation shows that multiple responders were at the scene rendering aid and investigating the crash scene. 

One or more patients were taken to local hospitals to be treated for injuries they sustained in the crash. Police in Springfield continue to investigate the circumstances of the collision.
