Staten Island, NY – Tierra Eddy Killed in Crash on Dubois Ave

Staten Island, NY (March 18, 2020) – A motor vehicle accident on Sunday sadly claimed one victim’s life, according to reports.

On March 15, emergency crews were called to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Dubois Avenue. Reports indicate that a 25-year-old man, who was identified as Jahfare Ford, was in a verbal altercation with his girlfriend, 29-year-old Tierra Eddy, when he lost control of his vehicle.

Eddy, who was outside, was run over as Ford’s vehicle crashed into a porch at a nearby home.

Eddy sustained critical injuries and was rushed to Richmond University Medical Center where she succumbed to her injuries.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
