Utica, NY – One Injured in Two-Car Wreck on Route 5 near Mohawk Valley Ambulance Corps
Utica, NY (December 8, 2023) – A two-car crash took place shortly after 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 6, in Utica. Emergency responders were dispatched to the crash site shortly after it happened on Route 5 South near the Mohawk Valley Ambulance Corps, Incorporation. One individual suffered injuries in the accident that occurred when one vehicle rear-ended another for reasons still being investigated. Both vehicles were heavily damaged in the accident. One driver was taken to the hospital for emergency medical care while the other did not sustain any injuries.
