Accidents Involving Municipal Vehicles in Middleburgh

Filing a claim against a municipality for an accident where a city vehicle was involved is a complicated process. This is due to the fact that these kinds of accidents adhere to a different set of rules than your standard auto accident claim.

For instance, rather than having three years from the date of the incident to file a claim for personal injury, you only have 90 days to file your formal report with the negligent driver. Violating any one of the many rules while engaged in the filing process might very well endanger the compensation to which you are otherwise entitled.
