Vineland, NJ (July 8, 2021) – One person has lost their life early Thursday morning following a motor vehicle accident in the Vineland area. Just after midnight, on July 8 emergency crews were called to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on New Jersey State Route 55.
Reports from authorities show that a minivan and a second vehicle collided on the northbound side of New Jersey State Route 55 near Garden Road. The drivers of both vehicles were injured. Five children inside one minivan were all ejected from the vehicle. One child was declared deceased at the scene. The other four injured children and both drivers were transported to local hospitals for they underwent emergency medical care.
At this time, the circumstances surrounding the accident are under investigation.
