Wellsville, NY (November 01, 2021) – A cyclist was killed on Thursday, October 28th when he was hit by a tractor-trailer on Route 19 in Wellsville.
Troopers were dispatched to the scene at about 5:25 a.m.
The deceased bicyclist has since been identified as 41-year-old Ryan R. Billings, a resident of Independence. The truck operator was identified as 32-year-old Jonathan D. Lampman, a resident of Ulysses, PA.
This accident is under investigation by state police.
