West Windsor, NJ - Fatal Traffic Accident Reported on Rt 1 near Washington Rd

West Windsor, NJ (May 31, 2023) - A fatal traffic accident occurred in West Windsor on Tuesday morning, May 29. The reason for the crash is still being investigated. At least one person lost their life.

Sources say the collision happened on Route 1 near Washington Road. A Honda and a Kia Sorrento collided, causing injuries. Five people were present in one of the vehicles at the time of the collision, however, the total number of injured parties has not been reported. 

The roadway was closed for an extended period of time on Tuesday, resulting in significant delays in traffic. Police in West Windsor are still investigating the details of the crash.
