Woodland Park, NJ (October 18, 2023) – A woman lost her lie on Sunday after she was hit by a minivan in Woodland Park. The hit-and-run collision occurred on Sunday, October 15, at around 7:35 p.m.

The female victim was identified as Lillian Zamlout, age 31, of Woodland Park. She was walking along McBride Avenue near Hughes Place when the crash occurred. Paramedics transported her to St. Joseph’s University Medical Center where she was pronounced deceased. 

Authorities are currently investigating the details of the collision. The roadway remained closed for some time on the evening of October 15 while emergency responders worked in the area.
