Manahawkin, NJ (October 4, 2023) – An auto collision resulted in injuries on a roadway in Manahawkin on Tuesday afternoon, October 3. Just before 1:00 p.m., police and EMS went to the crash site after receiving reports concerning the incident.
Sources say the collision took place on Route 72 West just east of Recovery Road near the entrance to the Garden State Parkway. Paramedics rendered aid at the scene and took those who were hurt in the accident to the hospital by ambulance.
The roadway was closed while emergency responders worked in the area. Authorities continue to investigate the circumstances of the accident.
