Hiring a New Jersey Personal Injury Lawyer
It is perfectly normal to feel confused and angry following an accident that leaves you seriously injured. Insurers make the most of the state you are in by trying to take advantage of you. The insurance carrier will probably call you asking for a recorded statement before you’ve even been able to see a doctor.
Rather than talking to the insurance company’s representative so soon after your accident, we strongly suggest that you reach out to a New Jersey personal injury attorney.
A practiced attorney can help you recall important elements of the events surrounding your accident and prepare you for the questions you should expect to be asked by the insurance company. Once you give your prepared statement to the insurance carrier, your personal injury attorney can assume control over negotiations.
An experienced personal injury lawyer will be familiar with the laws in New Jersey. They can explain the incomprehensible legal jargon in easy-to-understand terms. This will give your attorney, and by extension, you, the edge when it comes to negotiations.
Even though the insurance carrier may be successful in bullying you into consenting to a skimpy settlement, our attorneys are not susceptible to their strong-arm tactics. We routinely deal with major insurance carriers and know exactly how to handle them.
We will fight aggressively for maximum recovery on your behalf while you concentrate on recovering from your injuries. Hiring a reputable attorney will spare you anxiety, headaches, paperwork, figuring out how to defend yourself, and will undoubtedly earn you a larger amount of financial compensation.
Following a serious accident, the insurance company will not waste any time when it comes to constructing a legal defense. This is because they are well aware of what is at stake in the case, and they are always ready to do whatever it takes to aggressively defend their bottom line.
You should never depend on an insurance carrier, even your own, for advice on your personal injury claim. If you or a family member was injured in an accident caused by negligence in New Jersey, you should have a reliable attorney on your side.
Our team has fought relentlessly on behalf of our injured clients to make certain their legal rights are defended after being harmed in an avoidable collision within the state. After a serious accident, contact our personal injury lawyers in New Jersey at (800) 469-6476 to see how we can help you.
