Car Accidents in New Jersey
Injury Crash Reported at S Orange Ave and S 7th St

Car accidents are a leading cause of injuries across New Jersey, especially at busy intersections. Heavy traffic, distracted driving, and speeding often combine to create dangerous situations. For victims, the aftermath of a crash can bring physical pain, emotional stress, and financial challenges.

Injuries from car accidents vary widely, but many victims experience:

  • Whiplash and soft tissue injuries – These injuries may seem minor at first but often result in long-term discomfort and reduced mobility.
  • Broken bones – Fractures are common in vehicle crashes and may require surgery, casts, and months of rehabilitation.
  • Head injuries, including concussions or traumatic brain injuries – These injuries can affect memory, balance, and overall quality of life.
  • Spinal injuries – Damage to the spine can limit movement, cause chronic pain, or lead to permanent paralysis.

Even in lower-speed collisions, these types of injuries can disrupt a person’s life for months or even years. Beyond the physical pain, victims often face lost wages, growing medical bills, and the emotional toll of adjusting to new limitations.

Families may also struggle with the burden of caring for an injured loved one while trying to manage financial pressures.

Victims of car accidents in New Jersey may have the right to seek compensation when negligence contributes to a crash. Legal claims can help cover medical expenses, lost income, rehabilitation, and pain and suffering.
