
Edison, NJ (June 27, 2025) – A Wednesday night pedestrian crash in Edison left two individuals seriously injured after they were struck by a vehicle on NJ Route 27. The collision happened near the intersection of Paterson Avenue around 9:50 p.m. on June 25, prompting a swift emergency response.
According to authorities, police and EMS units arrived to find both pedestrians unconscious on the roadway. First responders began CPR on at least one of the victims at the scene before both individuals were rushed to a local hospital. Medical staff have since reported that both victims remain in serious condition. Officials have yet to release the identities of those injured or provide details on the vehicle or driver involved. The Edison Police Department is continuing its investigation into what caused the incident.
