Manchester, NJ (July 25, 2025) – A serious motor vehicle accident involving a motorcycle and a passenger vehicle occurred Thursday night, July 24, in Manchester, leaving one person injured.
The crash happened along State Highway 37 at the intersection with Commonwealth Boulevard. First responders said a motorcycle became lodged beneath a passenger vehicle after the collision. Emergency medical services (EMS) and fire crews arrived on the scene shortly after the crash was reported.
The motorcyclist, who has not been identified publicly, was treated at the scene before being taken to a nearby hospital. The extent of their injuries has not been released. The driver of the other vehicle involved stayed at the scene and was evaluated by EMS personnel.
Firefighters worked to free the motorcycle from beneath the vehicle, while police redirected traffic around the crash site to ensure the safety of all involved. Temporary road closures were put in place while emergency crews responded.
The Manchester Township Police Department is actively investigating the cause of the crash. No citations or charges have been announced at this time.
