Bicycle Accidents in Jersey City

Bicycle and e-bike accidents are becoming more common in New Jersey cities like Jersey City as more people use these alternatives for daily travel.

Unfortunately, cyclists and e-bike riders face serious risks when sharing the road with cars, especially in busy neighborhoods. Even at lower speeds, a sideswipe from a car can cause devastating injuries, including broken bones, head trauma, or spinal damage.

Victims of bicycle crashes often deal with lasting physical harm as well as financial struggles from medical expenses, rehabilitation, and time away from work.

When drivers fail to give cyclists space, ignore traffic rules, or become distracted, the consequences can be life-changing.

Injured riders may have the right to pursue financial recovery for their losses, which can include hospital bills, lost income, and compensation for pain and suffering.

Working with a skilled personal injury attorney is one of the most important steps an injured cyclist can take after a crash. A lawyer can investigate the details, identify who is at fault, and fight to hold negligent drivers accountable.

Legal support also gives victims the opportunity to focus on recovery while an experienced advocate pursues the compensation they deserve.
