Car Accidents in New Jersey
Busy intersections are among the most common sites for car accidents in New Jersey. The heavy traffic, frequent stoplights, and tight lanes often increase the risk of collisions involving multiple vehicles. Even crashes that appear minor can lead to serious injuries such as concussions, spinal injuries, or soft tissue damage that require extensive recovery.
Victims injured in motor vehicle collisions may have the right to pursue compensation through a personal injury claim. Depending on the details of the accident, they may be eligible to recover financial support for medical expenses, rehabilitation costs, lost wages, pain and suffering, and property damage. When a negligent driver causes a crash—such as one operating a vehicle with a suspended registration—the victim should not bear the financial burden of the consequences.
A skilled car accident attorney can help victims investigate the crash, gather evidence such as traffic camera footage or witness statements, and negotiate with insurance companies to ensure fair compensation. Legal representation also provides valuable guidance when dealing with the complex laws surrounding fault and liability in New Jersey.
