Roxbury Twp., NJ (March 22, 2024) – One man was airlifted from the scene of a major motor vehicle accident that occurred on Thursday in Morris County. The accident was reported at around 7:30 p.m. on March 21.
Law enforcement reports show that a Ford vehicle was involved in a collision with a Dodge while traveling on Route 80 in Roxbury Township. The impact of the collision caused the vehicle to go off the roadway and collided with a guard rail. The vehicle then overturned. The driver of the Ford was severely hurt in the accident. The victim was airlifted from the scene and flown to an area hospital for emergency treatment. No other injuries were reported as a result of the motor vehicle collision. Authorities are currently investigating to determine what caused this accident to take place.
