Sicklerville, NJ – Driver Critically Injured in Crash on Atlantic City Expwy
Sicklerville, NJ (April 21, 2023) – A driver suffered critical injuries after a fiery accident in Sicklerville. The collision occurred shortly after 1:00 a.m. on Friday, April 21.
Reports show the wreck happened in the eastbound lanes of the Atlantic City Expressway. The contributing factors of the incident have not been reported at this time.
Police and EMTs worked at the crash scene in an effort to help those involved. The driver had to be extricated from their vehicle, and they suffered third-degree burns. They were taken to a local hospital to be treated for their injuries.
No other injuries were reported as a result of the incident. The eastbound lanes of the expressway were closed while emergency responders worked in the area.
