Queens, NY - Four Seriously Injured in Structure Fire on 37th Dr near 104th St

Queens, NY (September 1, 2023) - A large structure fire occurred in Queens on the evening of September 1 that left several people with injuries. Firefighters and police responded to the scene of the incident at around 8:42 p.m. 

Firefighters extended five hoses in an effort to distinguish the flames at the scene, located on 37th Drive near 104th Street. Police are working to determine the cause of the fire at this time. 

Seven people suffered injuries in the blaze. Authorities report that four of those victims suffered serious injuries and were transported to the hospital for treatment. 

The flames were extinguished in just over an hour, according to reports. Police continue to investigate the details of the blaze.
