Car Accidents in New Jersey

3 Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash at La Grande Ave & Terrill Rd

Two Vehicle accident at a busy intersection

Car accidents are a leading cause of injury throughout New Jersey, particularly at busy intersections. Even when collisions are not fatal, they can leave victims dealing with painful and long-lasting injuries. These physical challenges often require medical treatment, rehabilitation, and time away from work.

Common injuries sustained in car accidents include:

  • Whiplash and neck strain: Sudden movement during impact can stretch muscles and ligaments in the neck.
  • Concussions and head trauma: Forceful blows to the head can cause headaches, dizziness, or long-term cognitive problems.
  • Fractures and broken bones: Arms, legs, and ribs are especially vulnerable during high-impact crashes.
  • Back and spinal cord injuries: Even a moderate collision can cause serious spinal damage, resulting in chronic pain or limited mobility.
  • Soft tissue injuries: Bruises, sprains, and muscle tears are common and may worsen without proper care.
  • Internal injuries: Damage to organs from blunt force trauma may not be immediately visible but can be life-threatening.

Victims of car crashes often face emotional trauma alongside physical pain, which can make recovery even more difficult. Seeking legal guidance from a skilled car accident lawyer can help ensure that injured individuals receive proper medical care and fair compensation for their suffering.
