Manchester Township, NJ (January 19, 2026) – A crash at a Manchester Township intersection left an 89-year-old woman seriously injured late last week. The crash occurred on Friday, January 16, near the intersection of School House Road and Route 530.
Authorities said the woman, identified as Gloria Smith, was driving through the intersection when the crash happened. She was attempting to make a left turn at the time of the incident. As she turned, her vehicle struck a Ford Mustang traveling west on Route 35.
The impact caused serious injuries to Smith. Emergency units arrived and provided aid at the scene. She was taken to Jersey Shore University Medical Center for further treatment.
