Manhattan, NY – Injury Accident on W 143rd St near 8th St
Manhattan, NY (July 23, 2024) – A car wreck happened in Manhattan on July 23. Responders were dispatched to the scene at around 2:09 p.m. Reports show the incident occurred on West 143rd Street near 8th Avenue. Two or more vehicles collided in the area, causing those involved to sustain injuries.
Paramedics rendered aid to the injured victims and transported them to the hospital as needed. Their names have not been reported at this time. The road was blocked while emergency crews worked in the area, forcing local drivers to use different routes. Police continue to investigate the incident.
