Manhattan, NY – Injury Pedestrian Wreck on W 42nd St near 9th Ave
Manhattan, NY (January 19, 2024) – Reports from authorities show a pedestrian was injured in a traffic accident in Hell’s Kitchen, Manhattan. It occurred at around 7:37 p.m. on January 19. Several responders went to the scene at the intersection of West 42nd Street and 9th Avenue in order to render aid and determine how the accident took place. One person suffered injuries after they were struck by a vehicle at the scene. They were taken to the hospital by ambulance after receiving emergency medical attention at the crash site. Currently, the victim has not been identified to the public. Police are still investigating the circumstances of the crash. Road blockages occurred in the area while emergency responders were present, causing significant traffic delays.
