Manhattan, NY – Major Car Crash on FDR Dr S near East 54th St

Manhattan, NY (January 13, 2023) – A serious car accident was reported to officials in Sutton Place, Manhattan, on the evening of January 13. At approximately 9:00 p.m., emergency crews were dispatched to the scene of the collision on FDR Drive South. 

Sources say the incident occurred on FDR Drive South near East 54th Street. At least two vehicles were involved in a collision in the area that resulted in injuries for the involved parties. 

At this time, how the accident occurred is under investigation by officials in Manhattan. Traffic was backed up near the intersection while emergency crews were present in the area. 

At this time, authorities in Manhattan are still investigating the details of the accident. The identities of the involved parties have not been reported.
