New Jersey Car Crashes

Middlesex, NJ - One Killed, Two Others Seriously Hurt in Collision on Rt 35Deadly collisions happen in New Jersey frequently. Every year, hundreds of people are killed in these accidents. Unfortunately, the majority of auto collisions that happen in the Garden State and throughout the United States are usually caused by the negligent actions of drivers. Now, more than ever, drivers in the US travel while distracted, intoxicated, overtired, or at unsafe speeds. Actions like these often lead to severe injuries or even fatal injuries for one or more individuals.

There are numerous reasons why auto collisions caused by driver negligence are often more severe and devastating than those that happen for other reasons. Usually, drivers who are distracted or intoxicated have their reaction times and judgment altered, which can be extremely dangerous and even deadly while behind the wheel of a moving vehicle. Additionally, driving while intoxicated reduces motor skills, vision acuity, judgment, and reaction times, which is obviously extremely hazardous for anyone whom a drunk driver may encounter on the road.
