Newark, NJ (February 26, 2024) – A teenager lost his life in a fatal accident that occurred in Newark. Reports show it occurred on Sunday night, February 25. Officials say the teen was pronounced deceased on-site by responding medical professionals who were dispatched to the scene. The crash took place at the intersection of Montclair Avenue and Clifton, and how the incident occurred is still being investigated at this time. The roadway was closed for an extended period, prompting significant traffic delays. Local motorists had to use alternate routes for the time being.
