Queens, NY – Grand Central Pkwy Site of Injury Auto Accident at Astoria Blvd
Queens, NY (October 31, 2022) – Multiple people sustained injuries during a multi-car collision that took place on Monday evening, October 31st.
The incident took place in the westbound lanes of the Grand Central Parkway, not far from the exit to Astoria Boulevard, at about 8:40 p.m. when two vehicles collided.
All lanes of the parkway were closed down as emergency responders aided the injured and crews worked to clear the roadway. It’s unclear how many victims total were hurt in the collision. EMTs were seen aiding officers at the site of the crash and appeared to transfer at least two people to an area medical center.
An investigation is ongoing at this time.
