Bronx, NY – Injuries Result from Pedestrian Accident on Webster Ave near Bedford Park Blvd
Bronx, NY (January 9, 2024) – A pedestrian accident with injuries occurred in the Bedford Park area of the Bronx on the evening of January 9. At approximately 5:10 p.m., emergency responders were dispatched to the scene of the incident on Webster Avenue. According to information provided by local sources, the wreck occurred at the intersection of Webster Avenue and Bedford Park Boulevard. A 911 caller reported the incident to emergency services and police who promptly responded to the scene. The vehicle that struck the pedestrian was identified as a black Honda with NY tags that fled the scene without stopping. Paramedics helped the injured victim before transporting them to an area hospital for further evaluation and treatment.
