Brookfield, NY – Dominick Brown Loses Life in Two-Car Wreck on Rt 8
Brookfield, NY (July 25, 2024) – New York State Police are currently investigating a deadly two-car crash that happened just before 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 23. Reports show that Dominick Brown, 44, of New Berlin, was headed south on Route 8 when he crossed over the double-yellow line and drove into the opposing lane. He was then involved in a collision with Nancy Simon, 63, a resident of Leonardsville. Sadly, Brown was pronounced deceased on-site. Simon was taken to Upstate University Hospital for treatment. Police said she suffered critical injuries to her lower extremities.
