Brooklyn, NY – Fatal Traffic Crash on Gowanus Expwy near 34th St
Brooklyn, NY (May 15, 2024) – A fatal traffic accident happened in Brooklyn on May 15. At approximately 3:58 p.m., a multi-vehicle crash occurred at an intersection in Greenwood. Multiple responders were dispatched to the scene of the four-car collision that happened at the intersection of 34th Street and the Gowanus Expressway. One person lost their life as a result of the accident. At least one individual became trapped inside their vehicle. Emergency responders worked at the scene for some time, resulting in some traffic delays. Police are currently working to figure out how the accident occurred.
