Brooklyn, NY – Serious Injury Motorcycle Crash at 783 Mcdonald Ave

Brooklyn, NY (December 17, 2024) – A serious injury motorcycle crash occurred Tuesday afternoon in Kensington, Brooklyn, at approximately 4:50 p.m. The collision took place at the intersection of Mcdonald Ave, involving a motorcyclist and a car. The motorcyclist was critically injured and was rushed to a nearby hospital for urgent medical treatment.  

The NYPD Highway District Collision Investigation Squad (CIS) was called to the scene to investigate the incident. The driver of the car remained on-site, and no charges have been reported at this time. Emergency services, including ambulances and the FDNY, responded quickly, with fire department personnel assisting in vehicle extrication to ensure the safe removal of the injured motorcyclist.  

Authorities managed the situation efficiently, including diverting traffic to ensure the safety of all involved. The accident caused significant delays in the area, and the cleanup took several hours.
