Brooklyn, NY – Two Kids Hit by Van on 16th Ave near 62nd St
Brooklyn, NY (February 9, 2024) – Two kids were injured when they were hit by a vehicle in Brooklyn. The crash occurred on Wednesday morning, February 8, shortly after 8:00 a.m. Police identified the victims as a 12-year-old boy and a 13-year-old girl who were traveling across the intersection of 16th Avenue and 62nd Street in Bensonhurst. A minivan driver, who was headed east on 62nd, crashed into the pair, authorities stated. Both kids were talent o Maimonides Medical Center where they are said to be in stable condition at this time.
Police in Brooklyn are still investigating.
