Burlington, NJ (January 1, 2024) – Police in Burlington are investigating a car accident that happened on the morning of December 31. Crews were dispatched to the scene at approximately 12:45 a.m. on Sunday in order to help the involved parties. The wreck occurred in the northbound lanes of the highway near milepost 45 in Burlington Township. Five people were hurt in the crash that occurred under circumstances still being investigated by police. They were treated and taken to the hospital for further evaluation and care.
