Premises Liability Claims in New Jersey
In New Jersey, people who own businesses or private property are required to take reasonable safety precautions to ensure that guests on their premises are safe from death or injury resulting from unsafe conditions.
Property owners or managers can be held liable for compensating injured victims if their property is deemed dangerous by design or due to a temporary risk that was not removed, corrected, or protected from public access.
If you were injured due to negligence while you were a guest on someone else’s property, you may have grounds for a premises liability suit.
