Irvington, NJ – Injury Crash Reported at Nye Ave & Springfield Ave
Irvington, NJ (January 23, 2023) – A vehicle accident was reported in the Irvington area that ended in injuries. On January 21, the police and firefighters were called to the scene of a crash on Nye Avenue.
At approximately 5:55 p.m., a traffic accident occurred on Nye Avenue near Springfield Avenue. The accident prompted authorities to close off the intersection for an extended period.
Emergency crews responded to care for the injured victims. At least one person was transported to a local hospital, where they underwent further care for the injuries they suffered in the accident.
The police department out of Irvington is currently investigating the incident.
