Jersey City, NJ (January 6, 2026) – Two drivers suffered injuries after a two-vehicle crash in Jersey City on Monday, January 5. The collision occurred near the intersection of Grand Street and Greenpool Avenue, according to information shared by local authorities.

Jersey City Police and emergency crews responded around 1:51 p.m. after receiving an automated crash notification. Responders arrived to find two vehicles involved in a collision near Ocean Avenue, close to the Grand and Greenpool intersection. Both drivers reported pain-related injuries at the scene.

Medical personnel evaluated the drivers before transporting both individuals to a nearby hospital for further examination. Officials did not release details about the severity of the injuries. Authorities confirmed that tow trucks removed both damaged vehicles from the area.
