Linden, NJ – Fatal Auto-Pedestrian Crash on E St George Ave & Roselle St
Linden, NJ (October 3, 2023) – Police reported that a fatal pedestrian collision took place yesterday at an intersection in Linden.
The incident happened at the junction of East Saint George Avenue near Roselle Street. Police say the victim was crossing East George from Roselle when he was hit by an SUV headed East on East St George Ave.
Paramedics promptly responded to the scene and transported the injured victim to Trinitas Regional Medical Center with critical injuries. Sadly, the victim succumbed to their injuries a short time later.
The individuals who were inside the SUV at the time of the collision were not injured and cooperated with authorities at the crash scene. No one involved has been identified at this time.
