Linden, NJ – Pedestrian Killed in Wreck on N Wood Ave near Gibbons St
Linden, NJ (March 20, 2024) – A man from Roselle who was operating an electric scooter lost his life in a collision on Wednesday afternoon, March 20, police said. The crash occurred shortly after 2:30 p.m, according to reports. Police went to the intersection of North Wood Avenue and Gibbons Street after receiving reports concerning the collision. They found the victim trapped beneath the vehicle at the scene. Fire crews promptly removed him from underneath the vehicle, and he was later pronounced deceased at Robert Wood Johnson Barnabas Heath Rahway Hospital.
