Manhattan, NY (January 6, 2025) – A severe injury multi-car crash occurred on Monday, January 6, on Franklin Delano Roosevelt Drive North, near Stuyvesant Town, Manhattan, involving seven vehicles. The collision, reported by local authorities at approximately 6:05 p.m., left multiple individuals injured and prompted emergency responders to arrive at the scene quickly.
According to the New York Police Department (NYPD), the crash involved a chain reaction, with cars colliding in rapid succession due to unclear circumstances. The impact caused significant damage to all seven cars, blocking lanes and resulting in a traffic standstill.
