Medford, NJ – 14 Kids Hurt in School Bus Crash on Hawkin Rd near Skeet Rd

Medford, NJ (February 14, 2024) – Over a dozen kids were hurt in a school bus crash that occurred in Medford on Tuesday afternoon, February 13. Police say the wreck occurred when a 59-year-old school bus driver was trying to turn left from Hawkin Road onto Skeet Road just before 3:00 p.m. when a utility bucket truck was headed south on Skeet Road. Both vehicles crashed in the intersection, investigators said. Police report that 14 kids were injured in the crash and transported to area medical centers after being released to their parents. One student was hospitalized and treated for injuries to his head and ribs, sources said.
