New Haven, NY (August 28, 2025) – A fatal accident occurred Tuesday evening, August 26, when a 2024 Honda motorcycle collided with a 2006 Ford F350 pickup truck.
The crash took place around 5:31 p.m. at the intersection of State Route 104B and County Route 6.
According to the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office, the motorcyclist, identified as 21-year-old Scott Awe from New Haven, was heading west on State Route 104B. As he attempted a left-hand turn onto County Route 6, the truck and motorcycle collided.
The driver and passenger in the truck were unharmed.
Awe was pronounced dead at the scene.
The incident and what led to this fatal accident are still under investigation.
