Queens, NY - Six Hurt in Crash on Long Island Expwy near Exit 17

Queens, NY (November 20, 2023) - Six individuals suffered injuries in a collision in Queens on the morning of Sunday, November 19. Emergency responders went to the scene at around 4:30 a.m. to render aid to the people involved. A vehicle was found with extreme damage at the crash scene located on the Long Island Expressway near Exit 17. 

Five people were taken to Elmhurst Hospital and one individual refused medical care. Two of those with injuries were said to be in critical condition after the crash. Police in Queens continue to investigate.
