Rochester, NY – Troopers Hurt on Silver St Crash & Car Chase
Rochester, NY (October 1, 2024) – On September 30, a serious car accident took place in Rochester. Around 6:15 p.m., local police were after a stolen Hyundai near Silver and Kensington Streets.
Official records show that a marked state police car hit a tree during the chase. Two troopers were taken to Strong Memorial Hospital with mild injuries. The suspect car, which had three people inside, allegedly continued its way and was found unoccupied in the driveway of a house on Superior Street.
So far, none of the suspects have been located, but local police released a video purportedly showing them ditching the car.
